ONLINE GENERALIST DEGREE |

The Bachelor of Science in Communication online generalist degree consists of 130 semester hours, including 40 hours in Communication. A degree in Communication will provide opportunities for students to develop a variety of academic, performance, and professional competencies. Online students take classes on a schedule that mirrors the traditional school year. Students may take up to nine semester hours per eight-week term. Each fall and spring semester consists of two terms and each summer consists of one term. In this manner, student may take up to 45 hours in one calendar year. All online Communication students must first apply to Mississippi College and be accepted for enrollment. Normal admissions standards and requirements apply. Potential students may apply to MIssissippi College at any time.
